Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start to be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- We offer other rates when available. Options will be seen at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. See checkout for current thresholds.
Knife Shipping Restrictions Some knives may be restricted in certain states or localities. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with local laws regarding knife ownership and carry. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped to the destination address.
International Shipping We currently ship freeze-dried candy internationally. Knives and bladed products are shipped to US addresses only. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. As of 7/1/26 we have stopped all International shipping for now.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at tonya@flintstrikellc.com.
